Named after a French cannon used in World War I, this cocktail will blow you away.
The big debate over this cocktail is whether to use gin or brandy. Make one of each and decide for yourself.
2 ounces gin or brandy
3/4 ounce lemon juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
champagne or sparkling wine
combine first three ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain into a champagne flute and top with champagne or sparkling wine. Toast with a bang!
